'Keeping Up with the Kardashians', 'Ozark': 7 shows coming to an end in 2021

This year some major television series that entertained us over the years will air their final episodes. From Netflix's acclaimed shows like 'Ozark', 'Lucifer' to a decade's most controversial show 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'. Take a closer look at TV shows coming to an end in 2021:

 

Ozark

Jason Bateman and Laura Linney hit series 'Ozark' will end after Season 4. The show will return for a fourth and final season, in the two parts – each of 7 episodes. Netflix series received a largely positive reception from critics and received 32 Primetime Emmy Award nominations and two Golden Globe Award nominations.

Supergirl

The Melissa Benoist-starrer superhero series, 'Supergirl'. The series was officially picked up on May 6, 2015, will conclude with its sixth season, which is expected to premiere in 2021. A spin-off, 'Superman & Lois', is scheduled to premiere in February 2021.

Lucifer

The devilish TV series, 'Lucifer' will end after its sixth season. The show first premiered on Fox in 2016, later the show was bought by the Netflix streaming service. The final season will have 10 episodes.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians 

Decade-long show 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians will come to an end this year after 20 seasons.  Over the years, the controversial show has provided fans with countless epic moments. The series debuted on October 14, 2007, and has subsequently become one of the longest-running reality television series in the country. The new season started premiering from Sept. 17 2020, with the final season to air in 2021.

Dear White People

Netflix will also be losing another original series 'Dear White People'. The fourth season was originally planned to drop in 2020, but delayed due to the covid-19 pandemic, this show's final season will return for its last outing in 2021.

Better Call Saul

'Better Call Saul': 'The Breaking Bad' prequel will wrap its run after Season 6. The final season will be comprised of 13 episodes and go into production later this year and air in 2021. The show began its life on AMC in 2015 as a highly anticipated spin-off prequel received a Peabody Award in 2018, and, over four seasons, earned 32 Emmy Award nominations and three Golden Globe Award nominations.

Shameless

The Gallagher saga 'Shameless' is ending after season 11. The most-watched scripted series on Showtime will air its season finale in 2021. The final season will air along with a limited series special called 'Shameless: Hall of Shame' it contains new and original Shameless scenes juxtaposed with a retrospective look at each character’s journey during the prior 10 seasons
