India's capital in lockdown: Here's what's allowed, what's not

Amid the massive surge in coronavirus infection in Delhi, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal Monday announced that the national capital will be under lockdown for six days, starting from Monday at 10 PM and will conclude next Monday at 5 AM.

Delhi Police

Allowed: Movement of all government officials, medical professionals, media professionals and other employees on the production of valid ID cards.

Allowed: Medical services will remain open, Essential services will remain unaffected(with possession of e-pass). Home deliveries will be allowed. (with possession of e-pass).

Delhi Metro

Allowed: Delhi metro (upto 50% capacity), Public buses (upto 50% capacity), taxis/Auto/e-rickshaws (upto 2 passengers).

Gym

Not allowed: Gyms, Spas, cinema halls, auditoriums will remain closed.All social/political/sports/entertainment/academic/cultural/religious/festival related gatherings shall be prohibited.
