From 'Friends' to 'Doctor Who', here's what you can binge-watch on HBO Max

HBO Max is the latest to enter the arena of the OTT platforms. The WarnerMedia digital platform launches on May 27—and is bringing with it some of the top shows of the years, from 'The Big Bang Theory' to 'House of Dragon'. Here is a list of movies, shows that can be your binge guide for the upcoming months.

WarnerMedia streaming platform HBO max has acquired the streaming rights of 'Doctor Who', with all 11 seasons as the series follows the deadliest alien species gather around an unknown planet that emits a mysterious message. The Doctor, along with Clara, tries to decipher that mysterious message.

'House of the Dragon' is the prequel to 'Game Of Thrones' and is on track for a 2022 debut. The show is based on George R R Martin’s 'Fire & Blood book'. The upoming original show is set 300 years before the events of 'Game of Thrones' and tells the story of House Targaryen, rich in the dragonlord ancestors of Daenerys.

Seth Rogen's movie 'An American Pickle,' will release on Augest 6 on the new streaming service. Adapted by Simon Rich from his 2013 novel 'Sell Out' follows a story of a immigrant worker to America in 1920 with dreams of building a better life for his beloved family. However, he falls into a vat of pickles and is brined for 100 years.

HBO Max secured the streaming rights to all 12 seasons of the massive comedy hit, 'The Big Bang Theory'. All 279 episodes will be available here. American sitcom shows the story of four socially awkward friends, Leonard, Sheldon, Howard and Raj -- that take a wild turn when they meet the beautiful and free-spirited Penny.

The new platform will feature a library of classic Looney Tunes and Merry Melodies shorts ranging from 1930-1969. This animated series consists of 80 11-minute short movie inspired by classic Looney Tunes characters and stories.

All 236 episodes of 'Friends' will stream on the OTT platform. The platform is also coming up with the long-awaited reunion episode between the six cast members. 

'The Bachelor' is a show to find true love and life partner wherein a bachelor dates a group of women, over several weeks, who compete in a series of challenges that are meant to prove their compatibility with him.

'Love Life' is an upcoming American romantic comedy anthology television series created by Sam Boyd that is set to debut on the HBO Max streaming service for its launch on May 27, 2020.
 

A reboot of the hit show is planned with a new generation of rich and famous prep-school teens. Actress and musician Emily Alyn Lind will play a lead role in the show.

The upcoming documentary film is directed by Kirby Dick and Amy Ziering. It centres around allegations of sexual abuse and harassment against hip hop mogul Russell Simmons.
