The Mobius Foundation has been at the forefront of spreading awareness about sustainability in a bid to improve the prospect of healthy living for upcoming generations in India.

The five key ideologies driving the foundation are - population stabilisation, education, renewable energy, ecological conservation and recycling. All five are intrinsic to triggering meaningful change in the drive for sustainable living.

Take a look at some of their key endeavours below

Aakar

Through Aakar, Mobius is attempting to spread awareness about family planning. The work has been undertaken in the districts of Bahraich and Barabanki in Uttar Pradesh. With assistance from Impact Communications, the foundation continues to provide contraceptives to villagers. In addition, contraceptives are given to married couples to ensure adequate spacing between children.

In addition, the foundation has come up with concepts like “Zimmedar Hum” and “Dampatti No1” aimed at providing guidance about family planning to couples.
