The Apollo Blue and The Artemis Pink diamonds

"The Apollo Blue" and "The Artemis Pink" diamonds mounted as earrings during a press preview by Sotheby's auction house in Geneva.
The two diamonds will be on offer individually at an estimated price of $38-50 million for the Apollo Blue and $12.5-18 million for ?The Artemis Pink? during sale on May 16 in Geneva.

Surgeons complete restorative surgery on a woman in Nairobi on May 11, 2017. US based NGO Clitoraid, has launched its first humanitarian mission in Kenya, offering clitoral restorative surgery to 40 victims of female genital mutilation (FGM). According to a 2013 UNICEF report, as many as a quarter of all Kenyan women are victims of FGM. FGM is a life-threatening procedure that involves the partial or total removal of a woman's external genitalia. It has been banned in Kenya since 2011 but it still takes place in some tribal areas which refuse to omit it from cultural and traditional practices.
