Celebs who have come out to demand CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput case

After Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, shared a video demanding for CBI probe into the death of the late actor several Bollywood personalities have also offered their support.

Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Sooraj Pancholi and Parineeti Chopra were among those who posted on their social media calling for a CBI inquiry.

Kangana Ranaut

Since Sushant Singh Rajput's death, Kangana Ranaut has been speaking frequently on nepotism and blaming Bollywood biggies for the actor's death. The 'Manikarnika' actress has supported actor's sister Shweta Singh Kirti, who made a video appeal to all the fans for a CBI inquiry for her brother. 

The actress posted a video appealing for a CBI probe, ''Mumbai police wants to rush the probe, Sanjay Raut saying they are almost done with the investigation, we deserve to know the truth #CBIForSSR #justiceforSushanthSinghRajput @shwetasinghkirt @anky1912'', she captioned the video.

Parineeti Chopra too shared an Instagram story demanding a CBI investigation, ''All that is needed, is the true #Justice for SSR."

Kriti Sanon

Sushant Singh Rajput's co-star and good friend Kriti Sanon, took to her Instagram story and wrote, “I Pray that the truth comes out SOON..His family, his friends, fans and all loved ones deserve this closure.. I hope and pray that the CBI takes over the case so that it’s investigating without any political agendas, in the TRUE sense, to provide justice to the family!! Its high time his soul rests in peace! #CBIForSSR #SushantSinghRajput"

Varun Dhawan

Varun Dhawan too shared an Instagram story in support and wrote, “#cbiforSSR”. Varun has been the target of hate comments for nepotism after Sushant's death.

Sushant Singh Rajput ex-Ankita Lokhande who has been quite vocal and have been continuously asking for a proper investigation. Ankita too shared a video and demanded a CBI enquiry.

Sooraj Pancholi

Sooraj Pancholi took to his Instagram stories and wrote: "I really pray and hope that Sushant's family get the closure they need! They really deserve a proper CBI investigation, It has been a long battle for them already! They need to know what actually happened, and the World needs to know too! #CBIForSSR".

Few days back, The 'Hero' actor filed a complaint with the Mumbai Police, alleging harassment due to unsubstantiated reports connecting him to Disha Salian and Sushant Singh Rajput’s deaths. He filed the complaint at the Versova police station.

Siddhant Chaturvedi

Siddhant Chaturvedi shared an Instagram story asking for a CBI enquiry into Sushant Singh Rajput's death. The 'Gullyboy' actor also shared a throwback video, in which he can be seen dancing his heart out along with the late actor. In the caption of his post, Siddhant revealed that when he was in college, he won a National Talent Hunt in 2012, which sort of marked the beginning of his career as an actor.

Along with the post, the penned an emotional note,'' I was the winner but both of us danced. Me and my family didn't sleep all night that day. My name was announced on stage and that too in the voice of Sushant Singh Rajput. My parents thought there must be something in me, let your CA course be, let's be a hero. I got permission."
