The Congress' Twitter handle released a video early morning Tuesday. "What 'really' is the Rafale deal?" the post asks.

In the video, a young woman is heard talking about how her (presumably colony) society held a meeting a day earlier. Someone there she says asked her, "What is this Rafale deal?"

The woman then says that she remembered then how her society too had been talking about changing its locks for some time.

The video then ends abruptly, while the screen reads "To Be Continued".

The post, answering its question of 'What really is the Rafale deal?', had answered: "NOT for dummies. Here's the teaser, stay tuned for more later today... "

The Congress, especially its president Rahul Gandhi, has been relentlessly attacking the Narendra Modi government over the Rafale deal.

The Congress says it is a scam and that the current government is paying more for the Rafale fighter jets than the original deal put together by the earlier UPA government. That Congress is implying kickbacks.

The Congress has also accused the Modi government of crony capitalism in making Anil Ambani's Reliance Defence Ltd the Indian partner in the Rafale deal.

The original Indian partner had been Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) but it was suddenly replaced by Reliance Defence.

Reliance Defence has no prior experience in the aerospace industry.
