United States will donate ventilators to India, says President Trump

US President Donald Trump on Friday said that the United States will donate ventilators to India and added, together ''we will beath the invisible enemy''. 

''I am proud to announce that the United States will donate ventilators to our friends in India. We stand with India and  @narendramodi during this pandemic. We’re also cooperating on vaccine development. Together we will beat the invisible enemy!'' Trump tweeted on Friday. 

At an event in the White House Rose Garden, Trump expressed his hope that a vaccine would be in place before the end of the year and said his administration would mobilize its forces to get a vaccine distributed once one was in place.

''India has been so great. As you know your prime minister has been a very good friend of mine and I just got back from India recently. We are working very much with India too and we have a tremendous Indian population in the United States,'' Trump told a reporter. 

''Many of the people you are talking about are working on the vaccine too. Great scientists and researches. We are working very closely with India too and say hello to your prime minister,'' he added.
