Tiger Zinda Hai is the third Salman Khan film to earn Rs 300 crores at the box office

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda Hai is having a dream run at the box office, three weeks after its release. The Ali Abbas Zafar film has now earned more than Rs 300 crores at the box office making it the third Salman Khan film to achieve such a feat. 

The film had earned Rs 200-crore in the first week itself and earned close to Rs 85 crores in the second week. According to a report in Box Office India, the film earned Rs 17.75 crores in the third weekend crossing Rs 300 crore mark. 

Salman now dominates the club with three out of five films that have earned more than Rs 300 crores at the box office. The other four are Sultan and Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Aamir Khan’s Dangal’ and PK.

While the film is the highest grossing YRF film till date, it's collection is far behind than what Baahubali 2 has earned. The film has earned a whopping Rs 500 crore.

Director Ali Abbas Zafar has also created history being the only director to have two films in the Rs 300 crore club. His other film, Sultan, is also part of the esteemed club.
