Strict action against those found spitting at public places, says Delhi CM

The Center's decision of lockdown on March 24th was very important. If we had not implemented the lockdown then the situation in the country could have been horrific now, said  Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday.

Suspension of travel by flight, Delhi Metro and bus will continue in the national capital, he said and added, Delhi govt will take strict action against those found spitting at public places.

Delivery of essential goods through e-commerce portals will continue while malls, cinemas, salons, market complexes, Delhi Metro will remain shut; shops selling essentials will continue to be open, he said.
