Siddaramaiah lost because of loose talk, claims GT Deve Gowda

GT Deve Gowda of JD(S) on Tuesday launched a scathing attack on the Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and said that the latter lost the elections because of his loose talk. 

''People have rejected Siddaramaiah. He lost because of his attitude, because of attacking everyone and because of his loose talk,'' said GT Deve Gowda, JD(S) candidate who is leading over Siddaramaiah in Chamundeshwari by 17000 votes.

Chamundeshwari Assembly constituency recorded a voter turnout of 76.05 per cent during polling on Saturday.

As per trends available for 207 out of 222 seats, BJP leads in 110 seats. Congress in 56 and JD(S) in 38 seats.
