After addressing Parliament on the deaths of 39 Indians killed in Mosul, external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj while addressing the media said she wanted to inform Parliament first about the Indians killed in Iraq.
Sushma Swaraj said the Congress had resorted to "hungama" in Parliament, while asserting that the Upper House of Parliament heard her patiently.
