The Indian prime minister will address rallies in Bidar, Belgaum and Bangarapet on the second last day of his Karnataka campaign.

In a whirlwind tour, PM Modi will begin his rally from Bangarpet at 10: 30 am today and then he will cross over Chikmagalur at 1pm where Indira Gandhi had contested in 1978 after the Emergency and won.

The PM will then address another rally in Belagavi at 4pm and finally wind up in Bidar at 6pm.

BJP president will also hit the campaign trail for the last time before 10th May when the election campaign officially comes to an end. Amit Shah will be addressing rallies in Tumkur at the same as PM Modi at 10:30am.

The BJP president will also take part in a roadshow in Tumkur which will pass through several constituencies including in Bengaluru.

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath will also be addressing rallies in another part of Karnataka as the BJP ramps up its effort in the poll-bound state.

The Uttar Pradesh chief minister take part in road shows in Terdal and will address a press conference at Denisson hotel at 12:45 pm.

CM Adityanath will end the day with a roadshow and a corner meeting at Gubbi around 4:30 pm
