Campaigning in Gujarat's Surat ahead of state assembly elections on Saturday, the former PM invoked the memories of 100 people who lost their lives during demonitisation.
''I invoke memories of more than 100 people who lost their lives while standing in queues as a result of demonetisation,'' he said.
