A Mumbai court has allowed Enforcement Directorate's(ED) plea to issue Letters Rogatory (LRs) to six countries in connection with the Nirav Modi case.

Meanwhile, a "Look out" circular has been issued to more than 10 executives of firms Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi.

On Saturday, passports of both Mehul Choksi and Nirav Modi were revoked by the ministry of external affairs (MEA) for failing to respond after cause notice was sent out.

PNB CMD Sunil Mehta and Executive Director KV Bramhaji Rao were questioned by authorities.

Earlier, Choksi, in a letter to his employees had stated that he would be unable to clear their dues in lieu of the ongoing probe in the Rs 11,300 crore scam.
