Leaders should participate in debates in winter session of Parliament: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday urged all parties to utilise the winter session of Parliament for public interest rather than individual interests.  

PM Modi said leaders should participate in debates, even if sharp, in the winter session of Parliament.

The Indian prime minister hoped that winter session functions more than its stipulated time and issues are taken up in public interest.
