Known COVID-19 cases cross 1.12 lakh; death toll at 3,435

In the last 24 hours, as many as 5609 COVID 19 cases have been reported and 132 coronavirus positive patients have died.

In India, there are 63,624 active Coronavirus positive cases. So far 45,299 COVID 19 positive patients have recovered. As many as 3435 people have died due to the deadly virus and one has been migrated. The recovery rate in India is now over 39 per cent, as per details shared by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. 

In the last 24 hours, as many as 5609 COVID 19 cases have been reported and 132 coronavirus positive patients have died.

With 39,297 confirmed novel coronavirus cases, Maharashtra remains the worst-affected state in the country. According to the latest data from the Union Health Ministry, the state has reported 1,390 COVID-19 deaths so far. As many as 10,318 patients have recovered.

With 13,191 confirmed novel coronavirus cases, Tamil Nadu remains the second most-affected state in the country. The state has reported 87 COVID-19 deaths so far. As many as 5,882 patients have recovered.

With 12,537 confirmed novel coronavirus cases, Gujarat remains the third most-affected state in the country. The state has reported 749 COVID-19 deaths so far. As many as 5,219 patients have recovered.

The recovery rate in India is now over 38 per cent, as per details shared by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. 

Several other states have also ordered the reopening of markets, local transport and even salons in areas that are considered safe from coronavirus.
