<p>The actress was abducted on February 17 and allegedly sexually assaulted by a group of men for two hours in a moving car.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Dileep was arrested on July 10, and charged with plotting the abduction and assault of the actress.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kerala Police had at the time, in their remand application, claimed that Dileep had a grudge against the actress for telling his former wife about his alleged affairs and that he had hatched a conspiracy to take revenge against her back in 2013.&nbsp;</p>
