Jamat ud Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed who India alleges is the mastermind behind the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks is planning to setup JuD offices in all districts of Pakistan with different names to collect funds, India's intelligence sources have revealed.

Under Saeed's new strategy, each district of Pakistan will have a new trust with a name similar to the JuD, sources said. It is being done so that fund collection continues unhindered, sources added.

Hafiz Saeed who was under house arrest for most parts of last year was let of by a Pakistan court after authorities failed to furnish proof of his involvement in terror-related activities. Later, he said through his associates that he would be floating a political party to fight elections but it was nixed by the Pakistan election commission.

As per agency reports, in case of action against JuD, it would be hard for the authorities to ban hundreds of "small trusts", sources revealed.

Intelligence sources said JuD is still active in various part of Pakistan and is actively diverting funds to orchestrate terror attacks inside India.
