JNU students file FIR against professor for sexual harassment

An FIR has been registered against a professor of Jawahar Lal Nehru University in Delhi for allegedly sexually harassing his female students. 

The FIR was filed against the professor after complaints from seven female students. 

The students have levelled allegations of sexual harassments and indecent talk against the professor.

 The students have complained that the professor used to indulge in indecent talk in class.

For the past four days, several students had conducted a protest against the professor in the JNU campus.

The FIR has been registered under sections 354 and 509 of the IPC in Vasant Kunj North police station in Delhi.
