A terrorist was killed Wednesday in an encounter in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district.
The terrorist has been identified as Irfan Ahmed Sheikh, a resident of Chakoora in Pulwama.
Police said Sheikh was a district commander of the Lashkar e Taiba.

A member of the security forces was also injured in Kulgam district after terrorists threw a grenade at a CRPF camp.
Jammu & Kashmir: Terrorists fired a grenade at a CRPF camp in Kulgam which blasted in open ground, today. One security personnel sustained splinter injuries and was immediately evacuated to Govt Hospital, Kulgam. His condition is stable.
