Jammu and Kashmir: Pakistan violates ceasefire along LoC in Poonch

Pakistan has been intermittently violating the ceasefire since last 48 hours along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch, news agency ANI reported on Friday.

Indian Army has also been retaliating.

According to the report, no casualty or injury has been reported so far.

The latest ceasefire violation comes days after Pakistan had violated the ceasefire in Poonch as they targeted forward positions.

On December 26, one civilian was killed in the ceasefire violations incident by Pakistan.

On December 21, two Army personnel lost their lives during a ceasefire violation by Pakistan in Keran sector of Kupwara.

The deceased soldiers were identified as Subedar Gamar Thapa and Subedar Raman Thapa.
