Jammu and Kashmir: Lashkar terrorist killed in encounter with security forces in Kulgam

A Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist has been killed by security forces in an encounter in the Tantrypora area of Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam.

The LeT terrorist, who has been identified as Ishfaq Padder, was reportedly involved in the killing of Lieutenant Umar Fayaz.

Lieutenant Umar Fayaz was killed by terrorists in May in Kashmir's Shopian district. 

Mobile and internet services have been temporarily suspended in Kulgam and Shopian districts, according to ANI.
