ITO molestation cases: Accused granted bail by Patiala court

The court previously had dismissed the bail plea of the accused.

Two women, including a journalist, were molested by a man at the ITO Metro Station in Delhi.
One of the incidents was caught on the CCTV footage which showed a man first trying to block the way and later physically assaulting the woman entering the station.
In the video, the victim can be seen bravely fighting off the predator, who then cowardly flees the spot.
The accused was arrested on the basis of the CCTV footage within 48 hours of the incident.
The accused was in an inebriated state when he molested the two women on November 13.
