<p>The IndiGo Airlines has asked the commuters to contact them via social media for redressal of their queries.</p>

<p>Reports of IndiGo system dysfunctioning rose first from Delhi's Indira Gandhi International (IGI) airplane terminal, where stranded travellers denoted their complaint with the ground staff.&nbsp;</p>
