IIT Bombay asks non-vegetarian students to use separate plates
According to a mail sent to the residents of the IIT Bombay's hostel 11, students who consume non-vegetarian are required to use separate plates to avoid any mixup of plates.
The mail, dated January 12, was sent by the mess administration after receiving complaints from the vegetarian students.
However, the hostel administration and other officials note that the rule was in place for many years and was only reiterated owing to repeated complaints received from the vegetarian students.
Here's personal belief: Everyone who complained about plates & non-veg food at IIT Bombay should go home. Education is not for you. https://t.co/v7T7MXvdPF

The move left many students disgruntled who took to social media to voice their resentment.
IIT Bombay students alleged that they were asked to use separate plate for non-veg food. But the question is why vegiterian are forced to eat in same plate. Govt should protect d right of vegiterian. Save the right of minority according to food habit.
