He gave PM Modi an A+ in slogan creation and self promotion and a B- in Yoga.

In the "remarks" section, Rahul Gandhi called the prime minister a master communicator who struggled with complex issues and had a short attention span.

Asked to comment on Rahul Gandhi's tweet, BJP President Amit Shah said the Congress president had no option other than doing this since he was in the Opposition.

"What else do you expect from Rahul Gandhi? He is in the opposition, he has to do this. Woh thodi na hamare bakhan karenge. (They will not praise us). We have presented facts and figures and anyone can challenge that," Amit Shah said.

On four years of the Modi government, Amit Shah praised PM Modi for being hardworking and said he was the most popular leader in the world.

"BJP provided the most hardworking Prime Minister and the most popular leader in the world to the country, a PM who works for 15-18 hours a day. We are proud that this Prime Minister is a leader of BJP," the BJP President said.
