Watch Ranbir Kapoor in 'Sanju' teaser: Sanjay Dutt's life through Rajkumar Hirani's eyes

It's finally out! The much-anticipated teaser of Sanjay Dutt's biopic was released by the makers on Tuesday. Titled Sanju, the film has Ranbir Kapoor taking up the titular role. While the film has a huge star-cast, the teaser only shows Ranbir Kapoor as Dutt and briefly gives a glimpse at Dutt tumultuous life. 

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, Sanju, aims to highlight the ups and the terrible lows of Sanjay Dutt's life.

Kapoor adapts the mannerisms of the actor pretty well as the teaser shows him narrating him the story that makers state will 'shock' the audience. 

The film also features Sonam Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Dia Mirza, Vicky Kaushal and Anushka Sharma. 

Sanju will release in theatres on June 29th.
