Brother-sister duo Arjun, Anshula Kapoor defend stepsisters Janhvi, Khushi

Ever since veteran actress Sridevi passed away last month on February 24, her two teenage daughters, Janhvi and Khushi with filmmaker Boney Kapoor have been in the spotlight with media and fans wanting to know how the sister-duo is coping up with such a big loss at a tender age like theirs.

While the sister-duo have stopped public appearances for a while, last seen only at the time of Sridevi's funeral on February 28 in Mumbai -- Boney Kapoor's kids with the first wife, Arjun and Anshula have acted as a support pillar for both, father and stepsisters. 

On March 4, Anshula Kapoor took to her Instagram profile to share a positive quote about life, in words of Sheryl Crow with the caption: "Strong-willed, they dare to blossom & hold their own, spreading their beauty wherever the wind takes them. Wildflowers dare greatly." The post, however, picked up on some negative vibes when a user slammed Jahnvi for the wrongdoings of her mother and commented on how she must have been raised by someone who broke Anshula and Arjun Kapoor's mother's home (Mona Kapoor who was married to Boney Kapoor before he married Sridevi). 

This did not go down well with Anshula who then deleted the post and gave a perfect reply to the troller. "Hi, I’m requesting you to refrain from using abusive language especially towards my sisters, I do not appreciate it and have therefore deleted your comments. While I am grateful for your passion and love for bhai and me, just a small correction – I was never working outside India. Let’s please spread joy and good vibes. Thank you for the love,” she wrote.

A day later on March 5, Arjun also took to Instagram to share a positive quote by RM Drake with caption: "One day at a time", hinting at how life changes and we must adapt to the changes, however hard they may be. This is possibly in context with his stepsisters whoa re currently under mourning period due to the sudden loss of their mother. 

These gestures coming from the brother-sister duo towards Janhvi and Khushi, even though Arjun's feelings towards Sridevi and father Boney Kapoor is well known -- is quite commendable.
