After a secret wedding, Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi to throw a reception party in Mumbai!

Newlyweds Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi shocked their Bollywood colleagues and fans as the couple tied the knot in a secret ceremony in New Delhi at a gurudwara earlier today. Having invited only close family members and friends, the announcement of their wedding was made public only after they shared photos from the ceremony on their social media profiles. 

All of us who were still busy getting over pictures of Sonam Kapoor’s wedding with Anand Ahuja came to this realisation of another B-town wedding when their pictures made it to Twitter or Instagram. 

Now, in a statement, the couple reveals that they will be throwing a lavish reception party for their colleagues and friends in Mumbai in a few weeks’ time. 

The statement reads: “Marrying your best friend is one of the greatest feelings in the world, and we are extremely fortunate to have found love in each other. It has been a beautiful journey knowing each other and after formalizing the wedding earlier this year, today, we exchanged our vows in a beautifully simple, private and intimate Anand Karaj ceremony in Delhi. We look forward to celebrating and sharing this special moment with our friends and colleagues in Mumbai in the next couple of weeks. Thank you for showering us with so much love. Your blessings have truly made this day so much more special.

As quoted by a website, a source close to the couple said, “No one except for their family members knew about the big day. They even denied it to suspecting friends.” 

Neha Dhupia is currently busy with projects on radio and TV while Angad is still looking through scripts after delivering good performances in “Pink”, “Tiger Zinda Hai”.
