An encounter is underway between terrorists and security forces in Tral area of Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir.
One terrorist has also reportedly been killed. The terrorist was killed in a gunfight with forces. Search operations are underway.
"A brief exchange of fire took place between security forces and terrorists in Tral area," a police spokesman said.
He said the security forces have cordoned off the area and launched an operation to flush out the terrorists.
Search operation is on in Reshi mohalla Tral, Pulwama.
The target house has been razed to ground.Mobile internet services have been suspended in the town.
