ED opposes bail granted to Karti Chidambaram, says it will hinder probe
A day after the Delhi High Court granted bail to Karti Chidambaram in the INX Media Case, Enforcement Directorate (ED) has opposed his anticipatory bail plea in Aircel Maxis case.
The ED opposed his anticipatory bail plea in Patiala House Court saying that the bail granted will hinder the probe against him.
Accusing Chidambaram of "forum shopping", the ED said, "Karti has approached multiple courts through multiple applications".
