The Delhi High Court has rejected Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh's adopted daughter Honeypreet Insan's bail application.

The prosecution lawyer said the court in its order said it was merely a camouflage, as far as surrender was concerned, it is left to her.

"Honeypreet should have filed an application with the Punjab and Haryana High Court and not the Delhi High Court," the court said, the prosecution lawyer informed.

"The Delhi High Court stated the jurisdiction of Delhi does not lie here, and she does not deserve bail because she is evading arrest," the prosecution lawyer told reporters.
