Delhi, Haryana governments declare public holiday on Friday

All Delhi governments offices, schools, and other institutions shall remain closed tomorrow, as a mark of respect for our dear departed Sh Atal ji, tweeted Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia.
Similarly, the Haryana government declared a public holiday on Friday in its offices, including boards, corporations and educational institutions, as a mark of respect for former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who passed away in Delhi on Thursday.
At least 17 states have declared public holiday tomorrow as a mark of respect to the departed soul.
Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat governments have declared a week-long mourning in following Vajpayee's death. The BJP government in Gujarat has declared a public holiday tomorrow.
