One of the co-owners of the Mojo's Bistro pub, Yug Tuli,  was spotted at the Hyderabad airport on Tuesday after a CCTV footage revealed the pub owner along with his wife.

The Mumbai police who were tracing him have checked records at the Hyderabad airport and cited evidence showing that he did not leave the country.

The police had earlier received an information about him traveling from Nagpur to Hyderabad following which they flew to Hyderabad to arrest him. Though the efforts failed.

The police have already arrested Yug Pathak, the other co-owner of Mojo's Bistro on January 6 and had issued a lookout notice for Yug Tuli.

The anticipatory bail application of Yug Tuli will be heard by the Mumbai sessions court on January 11.

Earlier the police had arrested a Juhu beach hotelier, Vishal Karia, for sheltering three owners of '1 Above pub.

After a police probe, Kariya confessed to having sheltered the accused trio -- Kripesh Sanghvi, Jigar Sanghvi and Abhijeet Mankar -- at his Juhu residence.

He is sent to police custody till 17 January.

A massive fire broke out at the Kamala Mills compound in Mumbai's Lower Parel in the early hours of December 29.

Close to 14 people died in the mishap with 12 others who suffered critical injuries.
