<p>The CBI had earlier filed a third FIR against Nirav Modi and officials of the&nbsp;firm Firestar Diamond including Ravi Shankar Gupta.</p>

<p>The FIR was filed after the Punjab National Bank filed a new complaint on March 4 claiming that it was cheated of Rs 321 crore in 2013-2017 due to the firm.</p>

<p>With the new FIR, the fraud amount in the Nirav Modi relating PNB scam has escalated to Rs 13,000 crore.&nbsp;</p>
