BJP to move SC bench challenging High Court's quashing of 'Rath Yatra' in West Bengal

The Rath yatra was earlier allowed by a single bench order of the Calcutta High Court.
The court on Thursday set aside Bengal government's denial of permission to the BJP to hold three 'rath yatra' in the state.
