CM Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia named accused in Anshu Prakash assault case
Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash has alleged that he was assaulted at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal residence, during a late night meeting on February 19.
Prakash also said that the assault took place in the presence of Kejriwal.
The police have prepared a charge sheet against Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia over the alleged attack on a top bureaucrat on the evidence and statements of many and is set to file it soon.

Delhi's Patiala House Court will take cognizance on August 25.

Anshu Prakash mentioned that he was attacked and beaten up by lawmakers of Delhi's ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
The police have questioned Kejriwal and searched his house twice in connection with the incident.
Kejriwal and his party colleagues said that case is “politically motivated”.
