Delhi High Court on Monday allowed Rajiv Saxena, an accused-turned-approver in money laundering case relating to AgustaWestland deal, to travel abroad for medical treatment for a month.
The court has allowed Saxena to travel to the UK, UAE and Europe for treatment from June 25 - July 24.
Court has asked Saxena to provide the Enforcement Directorate (ED) with his travel details including details of hotel, hospital, schedule of his treatment by June 13.

Earlier, on February 27, Saxena had moved an application in Patiala House Court to become an approver in the case.
The Dubai-based businessman was extradited to India in the wee hours of January 31 in connection with alleged scam in the Rs 3,600 crore deal for the purchase of 12 VVIP helicopters from AgustaWestland company.
He was allegedly operating a number of bank accounts in Switzerland in which huge amounts of money were deposited, according to a government dossier.
