<p>The examinations were conducted in November 2017.&nbsp;Out of the 55,163 candidates who appeared in the examination,&nbsp;33,893 qualified, Jammu and Kashmir School of Board Education stated.</p>

<p>The overall pass percentage was 61.44. The number of girls passing the exam is 64.31 while that of boys is 58.92 per cent.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Afzal Guru was sentenced to death in 2013 for his role in 2001 Parliament attack.&nbsp;</p>
