2018 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross pick-up truck launched in India

India’s best selling lifestyle pick-up truck D-Max was launched in a new model by Isuzu Motors India on Tuesday.

The company introduced its 2018 model V-Cross with a bunch of attractive additions to the exterior as well as the interiors.
 
The latest model will available in two variants – V-Cross and V-Cross High and are priced at Rs 14.31 lakh and Rs 15.81 lakh respectively.

The high variant offers a lot more features than the regular variant.
 
Powered by the 2.5-litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine which puts out 134PS and 320Nm of peak torque, the 2018 V-Cross gets a new side step and a reprofiled tailgate with a chrome handle.

Also, the vehicle gets a touchscreen infotainment system displaying the reverse parking camera.

Whereas, the High model adds an electrically adjustable driver’s seat, leather seats, a multi-functional steering wheel and cruise control.

In terms of safety features, ABS and twin airbags are standard on the base model with the top-end variant getting ESP and traction control as additional features. 

This is the first update to the pick-up truck which was introduced in India in mid-2016, which soon become very popular among adventure seekers across the country. 

The bookings for the updated trucks are already underway at Isuzu dealerships across the country.
