Actor Vivek Oberoi, On Monday, got criticized for posting a distasteful meme featuring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The meme compared Ash's various relationships with the various stages of elections and featured the actress with her former boyfriends Salman Khan, Oberoi and her husband Abhishek Bachchan with daughter Aradhya.

The Maharashtra State Commission for Women, as well as the National Commison for Women, are planning to send a notice to the actor for his objectionable tweet.

The actor had dated Aishwarya Rai Bachchan briefly years back before the couple broke up. Oberoi married Priyanka Alva while Rai tied the knot with actor Abhishek Bachchan. 

Oberoi will be seen playing PM Narendra Modi in a biopic that is scheduled to release on 24th May.
