India’s T-Series is now the world’s biggest YouTube channel as it achieves yet another milestone.
The official page of the channel tweeted a thank you message for its fans as it became the world’s first Youtube channel to have more than 100 million subscribers.
The message tweeted read: “World’s biggest YouTube Channel, T-Series has achieved another YouTube milestone by being the first one to cross an astonishing #100MillionSubscribers. Thank you for being part of our journey. T-Series - Making India Proud.”

Earlier, T-Series had defeated Swedish Youtuber Pewdiepie to become the world’s no. 1 YouTube channel. The fight between the two gained momentum on the internet when the two contested one another with an aim to become no.1. It continued for almost 6 months which was concluded in April as Pewdiepie conceded with a rap video.
T-Series had several big league Bollywood stars campaigning for them on social media, urging fans to subscribe to the channel and to put India on the world map.
Before this, PewDiePie's channel was the top channel on YouTube since 2013.
