Karan Johar kickstarts 'Koffee With Karan 6' with Saif Ali Khan and his daughter Sara

Bollywood's much-loved director Karan Johar is set to be back with the much-awaited, brand new season of his celebrity talk-show 'Koffee with Karan, Season 6'. The seasoned director took to Twitter on Wednesday announcing that the filming of this year's 'Koffee' series has finally begun. 

"Lights!!! Camera!!! Koffee!!!!! The shoot for season 6 begins today!!!!," Johar tweeted out.

A tweet from Dharma Productions gave out the details on the first day of shoot on  'Koffee with Karan Season 6'. Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan and his daughter Sara Ali Khan were the first guests to shoot for Karan's 'Koffee' show.

"Lights, camera and #koffee with this father-daughter duo! Shooting for season 6 has begun and it's already brewing strong!" Dharma Productions' tweet read. 

 While the father-daughter duo were the first celebrities to shoot for the chat show, their episode will not be the first one to air. Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt will open the show this year, which was confirmed a few days back by Karan himself.
