Rihanna joins league of stars opposed to Trump using their music at his rallies

Donald Trump doesn’t have it good with music stars of Hollywood as Rihanna joins the league of celebs who have opposed his political party using their music in their rallies. In the most recent incident, Rihanna posted a scathing tweet about Trump using her music at Republican rallies. 
 
Rihanna got to know about her music being used after a tweet mentioned that her hit song ‘Don't Stop the Music’ was blaring at a rally as aides tossed free Trump t-shirts into the crowd. 
 
In a response to this, the superstar tweeted: "Not for much longer... me nor my people would ever be at or around one of these tragic rallies, so thanks for the head's up!"

Interestingly, just prior to this tweet, Rihanna had extended her support to Democratic candidate Andrew Gillum and endorsed him for Governor of Florida in the midterm elections. She wrote on Instagram: "You have the opportunity to make history this election," addressing the US voters who will head to the polls on Tuesday.
 
"The US has only had four black governors in its entire history, and we can help make Andrew Gillum the next one and Florida's first," she added.

This is not the first time though when a celeb has had an issue with Trump’s rallies using their music. In another incident, Pharrell Williams sent a legal challenge over the use of his song ‘Happy’ on the day of the Pittsburgh synagogue massacre.
