Rajpal Yadav joins Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan in 'Coolie No 1' remake

David Dhawan’s ‘Coolie No. 1’ remake is on its way to pick up speed as actor Rajpal Yadav joins the cast.

The film, earlier announced, will have David’s son Varun Dhawan play the lead alongside Sara Ali Khan. 

On joining the film, Rajpal said, "I'm thankful to David Dhawan sir and Varun for giving an opportunity to be a part of Coolie No. 1 remake. This is the third time that I'm acting with Varun. I am really excited about this remake.”

Rajpal and Varun have been seen before in films like ‘Judwaa 2’ and ‘Main Tera Hero’. Both the films were helmed by David Dhawan.

He further said, "Ram Gopal Varmaji's Jungle established me as an actor, Priyadarshan sir's Hungama made me popular, and David sir re-established me with Judwaa 2. So, I'm grateful for this opportunity.”
