Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas wedding: Sangeet to reception; here are all the details

Two weddings, two receptions and a sangeet night- Priyanka and Nick's wedding will be a typical big fat Indian wedding. 

After Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh's wedding, Bollywood is gearing up for another big wedding this season, that of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. 

The couple who got engaged earlier in August this year will get married in December this year at Umaid Palace in Jodhpur. The groom flew down to Delhi to be with his lady love on Thursday and the couple hosted a gala Thanksgiving dinner with Priyanka's family members in attendance.

Priyanka, who is currently shooting for 'The Sky Is Pink' will be wrapping up work by  28th November and then flying off to Jodhpur where the festivities begin 29th November onwards. 

Sangeet and Mehendi

The mehendi and sangeet ceremony will take place on 29th November. Sources close to the couple have informed that Nick and Priyanka will dance on a mix of international and Bollywood chartbusters. Ganesh Hegde has been roped in to choreograph the sangeet ceremony. Nick and his troupe will also perform for PeeCee.

Cocktail

The couple will host a cocktail party on 30th November. 

Two weddings

On 2nd December the couple will get married in a Hindu ceremony. The ceremony will take place at night while there will be the traditional haldi ceremony the previous day. The couple will exchange vows on 3 December in a Christian ceremony. 

Two receptions

Priyanka and Nick will reportedly have two receptions. One in Delhi where Priyanka's extended family lives and one in Mumbai for Bollywood fraternity. The dates of the reception have not been disclosed yet. Sources state that the two will be inviting PM Narendra Modi for the Delhi reception while the Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Salman Khan, Farhan Akhtar and Siddharth Roy Kapur are likely to attend the Mumbai reception.
