Pakistani actor Fawad Khan and wife deny refusing anti-polio drops for daughter, ask for FIR to be dropped

According to the latest reports, both Fawad and wife Sadaf were not present at their Pakistani residence when the alleged incident took place. 

We informed you yesterday that an FIR was lodged against Pakistani actor Fawad Khan after it was reported that his wife Sadaf Khan refused to administer their daughter with anti-polio drops. Apparently, Sadaf refused an anti-polio team that reached their residence and also “resisted and then misbehaved” with them. 

According to the latest news, Fawad and his wife Sadaf have denied all allegations. 

While it was already informed that Fawad is out of the country and in Dubai for an event, Sadaf was also not present at their residence when this said incident took place. 

The star also, in a statement revealed that his daughter’s vaccination is up to date. It said that Khan supports the anti-polio drive and is very well aware of the guidelines of WHO and CDC. 

Further, it also said that Khan reserves the right for appropriate legal redress including all such remedies against any damages caused by this event, should the FIR not be cancelled.
