On World Mental Health Day, Alia Bhatt's sister, Shaheen launches book narrating her battle with depression

Shaheen Bhatt, sister of Alia Bhatt has turned author for a book called ' I've Never Been (Un) Happier'. Shaheen, who has been battling depression from a very young age, has spoken in the past about mental health. 
 
"And finally, here she is. Today, on World Mental Health Day I'd like to proudly (and shakily) introduce you to my first book, I've Never Been (Un)Happier - an account of my life with depression," said Shaheen in her post on Instagram where she has also shared the first look of her debut novel.

"Truly, this is inspiring," responded Shaheen's mother on her post shared on Instagram.

Pooja Bhatt, Shaheen's sister too shared the first look of the novel and said, "And an author is born. The third in the family and the first woman! So proud my heart could explode! Shaheen Bhatt, you're an inspiration to us all! Love you to death and beyond!" 

The novel is titled as 'Never Been (Un)Happier' centers around her own struggles of depression. The book is yet to release formally but has been released on the cyber platform.
