Another roadblock in the way of next James Bond film as sources close to the film reveal that it will most likely miss the scheduled release date because of the ongoing tussle between the makers, producers and the main lead actor Daniel Craig.

Several media reports suggest that the film will no longer release in the autumn of 2019, firstly because of director Danny Boyle’s exit from the film. It will invariably put the entire production cycle being put back.

Pulling of Danny Boyle from the picture also means that the script will be changed as Danny’s longtime collaborator John Hodge who was on the project will be replaced with one by Bond veterans Neil Purvis and Robert Wade.

Sources also suggest that even for the film to release in 2020, some major logistical reorganisation will be needed.

Just yesterday, Idris Elba who was in the race for the lead role (Daniel Craig’s successor so to say) confirmed that he will not be the next James Bond. This with effect means that the role remains with the current Bond played by Daniel.
